One of the unique benefits of the School of Missions in Hungary is its proximity and to relationship with dozens of missionaries and church plants throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Many of the missionaries themselves have come through or launched out of Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe (CCBCE). We offer a unique twelve-month course designed to help individuals or families prepare for full-time missions. For students in the program, the first year of the School of Missions course is really year one of a potential lifetime on the mission field. Unlike semesters-based programs at CCBCE, the School of Missions program runs for an intense and invaluable twelve consecutive months. The program gives students access to the classes best suited for ministry, while offering specific training designed to equip new missionaries to navigate the challenges that arise on the mission field.
Students are taught and discipled by long-term missionaries who have the experience and knowledge critical to effectiveness on the field. With this mentorship-style approach, students learn to build a toolbox of resources critical for church planting in a cross-cultural setting. Even more exciting, they also have the opportunity to develop language skills and personal refinement for the unique calling that God has placed in their hearts and on their lives.
